Billing

What you pay for, and what happens if you stop.

Slots, not hours

You pay for capacity — a slot holding one app — not for time spent running. A stopped app keeps its slot; deleting it frees the slot. There is no metering and no surprise invoice.

The trial

Seven days from signup, no card. Apps run normally throughout. You are warned three days out, the day before, and on the final day.

If payment lapses

  1. 01
Grace periodSeven days after a failed payment, everything keeps running while you sort it out.
  2. 02
PausedApps stop. Code, versions and settings are all untouched.
  3. 03
The machine is freedShortly after pausing we release the machine the app was holding — it is doing nothing while stopped. Your bundles stay stored, so paying rebuilds it from the exact version that was live.
Nothing here deletes your work. The worst case is an app that needs rebuilding, which happens automatically when you pay.
